Description
The curved garden wall to the west of Windlestone Hall is a high wall that creates an enclosure behind the main part of the hall. It likely dates from the early 19th century. The wall is rendered and features rusticated ashlar dressings along with a flat stone coping. On the south-facing side, there are five round-headed niches arranged in bays that are defined by rusticated pilasters. The wall is approximately 30 meters long.
