Description

Brook Cottage is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed squared gritstone with ashlar dressings and features quoins. The building has a central brick stack and a stone slated roof. It stands three storeys high and has two bays, with 2-light casement windows set beneath wedge lintels that have projecting keyblocks. The doorway is located at one end, featuring a plain flat lintel and a fielded two-panel door.
