Description

Ivy House is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed gritstone with gritstone dressings and quoins, topped by a stone slate roof featuring stone gable end stacks. The building has moulded eaves corbels and stands two storeys tall.

On the south elevation, there is a central doorway with a stone lintel and quoins, which contains a four-panelled door. This doorway is flanked on each side by three-light square section flush mullion windows. Above, there are two similar two-light windows.
