Description

Manor House is a farmhouse built in the early 19th century and extended in 1868. It is constructed of rubble gritstone and gritstone ashlar, topped with a stone slate roof featuring stone gable end stacks. The house is two storeys high and has a double range plan.

The north elevation is double fronted, featuring a central doorway with a moulded stone surround and a semi-circular fanlight above. There is a panelled door flanked by Venetian windows on each side. Above, there are two similar Venetian windows, and between them is a datestone marking the year 1868. The rear elevation includes one glazing bar sash window along with other later windows.
