Description

Lawn Cottage, located on Spencer Road, is an early to mid-19th century large house that is part of a single building set back in gardens. The facade is rendered and features a slate roof. It has two storeys and three windows on the first floor, which are sashes with glazing bars. The ground floor includes two later 19th century stone bay windows. The central entrance is framed by a solid stone porch. The side elevation is constructed of red brick and has sash windows with glazing bars, each topped with dripstones.
