Description

Lawn House, also known as Magnolia House, is an attractive two-story house built of stucco in the 18th century. It was likely once a country house. The house features irregularly spaced sash windows, a wooden cornice to the parapet, and dormers with segmental heads. Two well-proportioned late 18th-century doorcases are present, each with a fanlight. The roof is slate covered. Lawn House, Magnolia House, and Acacia Cottage form a group.
