Description

The Lodge at Field Head House is an early 19th-century single-storey building located on Chesterfield Road. It features a symmetrical design with a rounded corner facing the street. The building has a coped Flemish gable with kneelers and a blind window in the gable end above the entrance. The door is designed with a Tudor arch, complete with a label and a dressed stone architrave. The eaves are corbelled, and there are two slightly advanced sides with windows. This lodge was noted on the Tithe Map of 1844.
