Description
Rustic Villa is a house dating from the late 17th century or early 18th century. It is built of coursed rubble with ashlar dressings and features a Collyweston stone slate roof with rebuilt brick end stacks. The house has two storeys and a double-fronted design with three window ranges. There are steps leading down to a central chamfered doorway, which is set within a wooden trellis-work porch. On the ground floor, there are 2-light ovolo-moulded stone mullioned windows with a hood band above. The first floor has late 19th-century sash windows on either side of a small 4-pane casement window that has a moulded cill.
