House. Late C17. Coursed rubble stone with quoins, plinth, stone dressings, 1st floor band, modillion cornice and hipped Collyweston slate roof with moulded stone valley stacks. Entrance front faces right and Churchyard of St. Peter. 2½ storeys of 3 6/6 sash windows in moulded stone frames with triple keystones. Central part-glazed door. 3 2-light hipped dormers. 2 storey wing to left with a 3-light casement both floors and moulded stone stack. Principal or garden front, facing rear, of 6- 6/6 sashes in similar frames. On ground floor 4 similar sashes and central 2 leaved part-glazed door up 4 stone steps. 3 2-light hipped dormers. Inside, a room with early C18 panelling in large and small panels, some with bolection moulding, and re-sited staircase, in part of same date. Pevsner.
