The Tithe Barn at Old Prebendal House is a 17th century structure built around 1700. It is constructed from coursed rubble stone with quoins and features a Collyweston slate roof, rising to one and one-and-a-half storeys. The barn has a double doorway with a wooden lintel and door facing the lane. On the left end, there is a 19th century window on both floors, along with an attic loophole. At the rear, there is a double doorway leading to a small 20th century extension, which also has two windows. Inside, the barn has a five-bay single purlin roof.
