Cottage, probably C17 or earlier. Ironstone rubble with thatched roof. 1½ storeys, 3 unit plan. Left hand bay of elevation of one casement window and the door, recessed slightly and of less height: former service end. In the projecting right hand bays, 2 casement windows with flat timber lintels, and a blocked fire window below the axial stack. Single dormer above, and 2-light casement in gable.
