Description
Numbers 13 to 19 on Mansfield Road are four houses, now used as houses and shops, built around 1850. They were altered in the late 19th century and restored in the late 20th century. The buildings are constructed of red brick with ashlar dressings and have slate roofs. There is a first-floor sill band and an eaves band. Most of the windows are original glazing bar sashes, featuring wedge lintels on the first floor. The buildings are three storeys high and have a four-window range. The ground floor includes four shopfronts from the late 19th and late 20th centuries. Above, the windows are regularly spaced, with the second-floor windows being slightly smaller.
