Description

This is a lamp standard located 12 metres east of Malvern House in Nottingham, dating from around 1874. It is made of cast iron and features a square base with a baluster stem entwined with dolphins. The upper stem tapers and has a leaf base along with a moulded ladder rest. The lamp itself is missing. This structure is included for its group value.
