Description

This is a lamp standard located approximately 5 metres south-west of Number 2 on Castle Grove in Nottingham. It dates from around 1856 and is made of cast iron. The lamp standard features a twisted stem that stands about 3 metres high, topped with an octagonal lantern. It is included in the listing for its group value.
