Description

The boundary wall to Number 30A Beech Wood is a Grade II listed structure built in 1904 by the architect Watson Fothergill from Nottingham. It is constructed from rockfaced Bulwell stone and features a rubble coping. The wall has a gateway opposite the main entrance and includes a square end pier topped with a pyramidal cap. It encloses the garden at the junction of Mapperley Road and Park Avenue, with each side measuring approximately 35 meters and a rounded corner. This wall is included in the listing for its group value.
