The building is constructed of red brick with painted ashlar dressings and features a slate roof. It has first and second floor sill bands, a stucco modillion eaves cornice, and a single coped gable. The structure is four storeys high and has a three-window range. The first and second floors have plain sash windows, while the top floor features 6-pane sashes, all with shaped lintels that include paterae. The ground floor has a shopfront that was added in the mid-20th century.
