Pair of cottages, now one house. Early C19 and C20 alterations. Coursed squared gritstone, grey concrete tile to front roof, slate roof to rear. 2 storeys, 3 bays with a straight join between bays 1 and 2. C20 door right, plain lintel, long and short quoins; 2-storey canted bay window centre, C20 frames to ground floor left and 1st floor left and right, plain sills and lintels. The ground floor walling, bay 1, is of thin stone slates, possibly a blocked access route from the road behind. Large square ridge stack left of centre, against the straight wall join. INTERIOR: not inspected. Included for group value.
