Description

A pair of semi-detached houses dating from the early 19th century. The basement storey is built of ashlar stone, with the upper walls of light red brick, and the roof is slate. The houses are two storeys high with an attic above a basement, and each has two bays. Entrance lobbies are recessed on the left and right sides. The ground floor windows are sash windows with glazing bars, while the shorter second floor windows have margin lights. Shallow brick pilasters flank each house and extend to an ashlar blocking course with a moulded cornice. A large chimney stack is located centrally forward of the ridge, and end stacks are at the rear of the ridge. The interior has not been inspected.
