Description

Nos. 11 and 13 St Michael's Road, which includes No. 1 Sagar Place, is a pair of early 19th-century houses located in Headingley. They are constructed from coursed squared gritstone and feature a slate hipped roof. This corner terrace consists of two storeys and has six windows across the front. The two houses have symmetrical facades, each with a central fielded-panel door and a rectangular overlight. The windows are sashes with glazing bars and plain painted stone sills. There are paired eaves brackets and brick stacks positioned at both the front and rear of the ridge. The right return facing Sagar Place has four windows and a plain door with an overlight bay. The interior has not been inspected.
