Description
Nos. 19 and 21 Chapel Street are two pairs of houses located on a corner site in Headingley, built in the mid-19th century. They are constructed from coursed squared gritstone and feature a slate roof. The buildings are two storeys high and have an L-plan layout with Nos. 9 and 11 Chapel Place. The first floor has two and three windows respectively. Each house has a four-panel door with an overlight and plain lintels, along with 8-pane sash windows that have plain sills and lintels. No. 11 Chapel Place is the wider corner property, while the other houses are single-fronted. There are two rendered ridge stacks on Chapel Street that are similar to those found opposite, and the corner houses and those on Chapel Place have banded stone stacks. The interior has not been inspected.
