Description
This building is an outbuilding located approximately 15 meters west of The Grange, dating from the mid-19th century. Originally a coach-house, it has been partly altered to serve as a garage. The structure is made of finely dressed stone and features a stone slate roof. It is a single-storey building with three bays. The central bay has a blocked semi-circular-arched carriage entrance beneath a pedimented gable, which includes a small round-headed window. The left bay has been modified with the addition of garage doors, while the right bay contains a blocked doorway with tie-stone jambs next to a blocked window that has a lintel and a slightly projecting sill. The roof is hipped, and the rear has similar window features, including an oculus in the pediment. This building is included for its group value with The Grange.
