House now shop. Early C19, altered. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Coursed, dressed gritstone, Welsh slate roof. Plinth. Stone steps to glazed door on right having blind overlight and wedge lintel; enlarged opening to left has C20 bowed casement with glazing bars in reveals. 1st floor: projecting stone sills to 16-pane sashes under wedge lintels. Paired wooden gutter brackets. Rendered brick end stack on right; tall stone end stack on left shared with adjacent premises (No 6 q.v.). Included for group value.
