Description

Nos 58 and 60 on Boroughgate are 18th century buildings that stand two storeys tall and are constructed from stone. They feature a stone slate roof with a central chimney stack. The façade includes two windows on each storey, framed with stone architraves, and some of the windows retain glazing bars. The ground floor has two windows and a modern shop front, along with two modern doors also set within stone architraves. There is a passage entry to the right side of the building. A date panel indicating the year 1749 is located on the north wall. Nos 44 and 46 and Nos 54 to 60 (even) form a group with these buildings.
