Boroughgate 1. 1480 (North Side) Nos 58 and 60) SE 2045 1/125 II GV 2. C18. Two storeys in stone. Stone slate roof with central stack. Two windows, stone architraves on two storeys, some glazing bars. Ground floor has two windows and modern shop front. Two modern doors in stone architraves. Passage entry to right. Date panel 1749 on North wall.

Nos 44 and 46 and Nos 54 to 60 (even) form a group.
