Description
Nos 11 and 13 on Sugar Street are 18th century houses that stand two storeys tall, constructed from stone and topped with a stone slate roof. They feature two stone chimney stacks and one rendered chimney stack. Each house has a two-light window on either side of the doorway, with similar windows above on the first floor, although all have lost their stone mullions. The windows and doors are framed with stone architraves. There is a blocked door to the right of the main entrance. Above the doorway, there is a stone tablet that is ornamented and inscribed with the letters I M M, dated 1755, which has been broken and temporarily removed. Nos 7 to 13 form a group.
