The building features a stone slate roof and has two windows with stone surrounds and hung sashes. No 28 includes a 19th century shop front, while No 26 has one window and a door, both with stone surrounds. This property was formerly known as the Cock and Bottle Public House and is part of a group that includes other buildings on Bondgate, specifically Nos 10 to 34 (even) and 38 to 44 (even).
