Description
No. 66 Boroughgate is a late 18th-century dwelling house that is very plain but unaltered. It is two storeys high and constructed of ashlar with a blue slate roof. The window cills are part of plain string courses, and there are three windows across the front, all retaining their glazing bars. The central doorway features a modern glass door and an ornamental rectangular fanlight, with a similar doorway to the right. This attractive house is in good condition. No. 66, along with No. 64, forms a group with the White Swan Public House and Nos. 92 to 96 even.
