Description

Nos 11 and 13 on Frenchgate are buildings from the 18th century or early 19th century. They stand three storeys tall and have a rough-rendered exterior with a stone slate roof. The front features two windows with stone surrounds, but no glazing bars. The ground floor is rendered, with one modern glazed window to the left and double doors framed by an architrave, thin pilasters, and an entablature. To the right, there is a mid-19th century shop front with modern glazing. These buildings are part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 27 (odd) and Nos 31 to 43 (odd).
