Description

Nos 5 to 9 Dundas Street is a mid-19th century building featuring rock-faced rustication with ashlar quoins and dressings. It has a pitched slate roof and stands three storeys tall. The building is adorned with a moulded eaves cornice. There are ten ranges of sash windows, with segment-headed windows on the second floor, moulded surrounds on the first floor, and round-arched windows on the ground floor that have vermiculated voussoirs and a continuous moulded impost band. The ground floor windows also feature sunk ashlar aprons. Additionally, there is a semi-basement with segment-headed windows and double doors to Nos 7 and 9 that have moulded panels.
