Description

No. 3 Union Bank Yard is an early 19th-century building constructed from hammer-dressed stone, topped with a pitched stone slate roof. It stands three storeys tall and features a continuous sill band at the first floor. The building has stone brackets supporting the gutter and six ranges of industrial windows, some of which are sashed and include glazing bars. The entrance door is made up of six sunk panels within a wooden frame, flanked by Tuscan pilasters and topped with a dentilled cornice. The exterior is finished with stone setts and flags.
