142 Fleming House Lane is a building dating from the 18th century or early 19th century. It has a rendered exterior and a pitched stone slate roof. The structure is two storeys high and features one range of sash windows, as well as a range of three-light stone mullioned sashes. To the east, there is a hammer-dressed stone extension that includes one planked loading door on the first floor and one three-light stone mullioned window on the ground floor.
