This is an early 19th-century building on the west side of Fleming House Lane. It is constructed of hammer-dressed stone and has a pitched roof covered in stone slate. The building is two storeys high. On the first floor, there is one window with three lights and stone mullions. On the ground floor, there is one window with three lights and stone mullions, and another window with two lights where the mullion has been removed.
