Description
The premises of Lucas Lee and Partners Ltd, formerly known as the premises of F McShane Ltd, is an early 19th-century building located in Brook's Yard (East End). It is constructed of hammer-dressed stone and features a pitched stone slate roof. The building stands two storeys high and is adorned with a moulded eaves cornice and a blocking course. A continuous sill band runs along the structure. The facade includes three ranges of sash windows, with one tripartite window on the ground floor that has stone mullions. Access to the building is provided by a door that is approached by four steps, topped with an oblong fanlight.
