The building is four storeys high and features a modillioned eaves cornice. A continuous sill band runs along the second floor. There are five ranges of sash windows. A south-facing bay projects slightly and steps back over a trabeated archway leading to the paved Chancery Court, which is surfaced with wooden setts.
