Description

2, Brooks Yard is a building of probable early 19th-century origin. It is constructed of hammer-dressed stone and has a lean-to roof covered with stone slates. The building is three storeys high and has three window ranges. Most of the windows are late 19th-century sash windows. However, the top floor retains earlier industrial windows with iron glazing bars, flanking a pair of loading doors with six sunk panels. Stone setts are laid outside the building.
