Description

No. 22 Wellington Road is a mid-19th century office block constructed from coursed squared stone, featuring vermiculated, patterned quoins and stone dressings at the ground floor. The building has a hipped slate roof with an eaves cornice and stands two storeys tall. Its symmetrical facade consists of five bays, with a projecting entrance bay that includes small niches on either side of the doorway, which is topped by a semi-circular fanlight. The windows are casement style.
