Description

This is a barn located 50 yards to the east of Mock Hall, likely dating from the 16th century. It features timber framing with brick and stone infill and cladding from various later periods. The barn is probably three bays wide and has an outshut on the west side. There are later additions on the north gable. The timber frame is visible in the south gable, although the truss is incomplete, and there is brick infill present. A second part of the frame is visible, showcasing an arched brace connecting a post to a tie-beam. The roof space is not visible.
