Description
This is a terrace of cottages located at 22-34 North Gate, built in the early 19th century in stages. The cottages are constructed from hammer-dressed stone and feature a stone slate roof with brick stacks. Each cottage has an entrance and one three-light window on the ground floor. Number 28 has an additional part-blocked doorway. On the first floor, there are two and three-light windows, some of which have sash frames. There have been various recent additions to the rear, including a two-storey structure with a flat roof.
