Description

The remains of Wilberlee Cottage, originally located in Slaithwaite, have been re-erected in Ravensknowle Park. This structure dates back to 1634 and includes part of a wall, one doorway, and half of one window. The stone used is hammer dressed. The doorway features chamfered surrounds and a four-centred head, while the window has chamfered mullions and a double-chamfered frame, complete with a hoodmould that has a star-decorated label stop.
