Description

Standiforth Farmhouse is an 18th-century building constructed from hammer-dressed stone. It is two storeys high and has an L-shaped layout that includes a barn. The garden front features three ranges of three-light stone mullioned windows. The rear of the farmhouse has a lean-to outshut. To the north, there is a barn extension that includes a blocked segment-headed arch and other openings. Inside, the farmhouse has various stop-chamfered beams and a staircase with vase-shaped balusters that are flat in section.
