Description

This is a pair of workers' cottages, located 10 metres to the northeast of Broadstone Farmhouse. They were built in the early to mid 19th century and feature watershot masonry with a stone slate roof. The cottages are two storeys high. The south front has two bays with three-light flat faced mullioned windows, each floor having wide square lights. The rear of the cottages includes two doorways with tie-stone jambs beside a square light, while the first floor has four square single lights. The cottages are currently empty and are associated with Broadstone Farmhouse.
