Description
This cottage, located in the grounds of and approximately 20 metres to the north-west of number 86, dates from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is constructed from thinly-coursed squared stone and features a stone slate roof. The building is two storeys high and consists of a single cell, with quoins on the right side. The openings have plain stone surrounds, and the windows include flat-faced mullions. There is a board door to the left of a two-light window, which has an original fixed light and sash, both with glazing bars. Above this is a four-light window. The cottage has plain gutter brackets and a corniced stack at the left end. The right return features a door and an oculus. At the time of the resurvey, the cottage was in a state of disrepair.
