Description

Moorcroft is a house built in the late 18th century, constructed from watershot masonry with a stone slate roof. It has two storeys and features quoins. The front has three bays of flat faced mullioned windows, each consisting of five lights with a taller central light on both floors. The ground floor windows have lost two mullions, creating square windows on either side of the central light. Between the first and second bays, there is a gabled porch with kneelers. The left gable has a stack, and there is another stack on the ridge. At the rear, there are three bays of four-light windows on the first floor.
