Description
Kimbo Cottage is a house dating from 1762. It is constructed of thin coursed stone with ashlar dressings and has a stone slate roof. The building is two storeys high and features raised quoins and a band. It has four bays; the outer bays each contain wide two-light windows, originally sash windows, on both floors. The central bays have a doorway with monolithic jambs alongside a single-light window. A date plaque is set above the doorway on the first floor. Moulded gutter brackets are present. The gables are coped with kneelers and stacks. The house was initialled and dated J:H.
