Description

This is a barn attached to Number 2, built in the early 19th century. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone and features a stone slate roof. The barn has a semi-circular arched cart entry with a simple Venetian window above it. There is a doorway with a depressed Tudor arched lintel that has a chamfered surround, along with a single square window that has a plain stone surround. The building includes quoins and the gable has small rectangular ventilators. At the rear, there is a smaller doorway with a segmental arched lintel and chamfered surround, which may have been reused from the 17th century. There is also a stack on the gable for Number 2.
