Description

No. 1 Old Town Hall Cottages is an early 19th-century house built of watershot masonry with a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys. The south front features a five-light flat faced mullioned window with large square lights to the left of a blocked doorway with tie-stone jambs. On the first floor, there is a three-light window and a six-light window, which is missing three mullions. The gables are coped and have kneelers. There is a doorway in a mid-20th century outshut to the north, and a central stack rises from the ridge.
