11 Burnley Road and 2 White Hart Fold

11 Burnley Road and 2 White Hart Fold is a building dating from the early 19th century, originally serving as a bank and now used as offices. It features an ashlar exterior and a slate roof. The structure has three storeys facing Burnley Road and two storeys on White Hart Fold, following the alignment of the road. The corner of the building is flanked by pilasters that are rusticated and vermiculated at the ground floor. It has a decorative band, parapet, and cornice.

The first and second floors are adorned with fully curved sash windows that have curved glazing. On the right side, there are four bays of tall sash windows with projecting sills on both the first and second floors, while the left side has two bays of sash windows. There are also two more bays with paired semi-circular arched doorways, one of which has been blocked to create a window. These doorways are topped with a heavy triangular pediment supported by carved consoles. Above the right doorway is a semi-circular arched window with a Gothic glazed fanlight, and to the left of the doorway is a similar but longer window with a projecting sill next to a short pilaster. The doorways are accessed by a short flight of steps that feature a cast iron balustrade.
