House dating from 1690 (first deed), substantially rebuilt early C19. Hammer- dressed stone, slate roof. 3-room front with added outshut to rear. 2 storeys. 1st cell preserves late C17 stonework to ground floor which has double chamfered mullion of 4 lights (2 mullions removed). Paired doorways have tie-stones. 2nd cell has 5-light flat faced mullioned stepped window with larger central light. 3rd cell has 3-light stepped window with same over. To 1st floor over cells 1 and 2 is long 16 light window, stepped to 3rd and 14th light, solid to 8th and 9th. All have projecting sills and altered glazing. Coped gables with kneelers. Gables are of C17 build and preserve 3 chamfered window, one of 2 lights one of 3.
