Description

The Lodge to Toothill Hall is a mid-19th century lodge house located on the west side of Huddersfield Road in Brighouse. It is constructed of ashlar with a slate roof and is single storey, featuring a rectangular plan with a three-sided front. The central doorway has monolithic jambs, and each of the angled faces includes a sash window with a projecting stone frame. The building is adorned with a moulded cornice and has a tripartite roof, complemented by a well-dressed stack at the ridge.
