Description
South Lodge is a mid-19th century lodge built from ashlar stone, featuring hipped and canted slate roofs. The building has a plinth and a central ridge stack, and it is a single storey with three bays. The front of the lodge has a central projecting bay that is canted, which contains a plank door. This central bay is flanked by single glazing bar sash windows, with blank panels beyond. There is also a single glazing bar sash window in each gable wall. The lodge is included in the listing for its group value only.
