II M Cottage. Initialled and dated " T S 1702 ". Hammer-dressed stone, rough-dressed quoins, stone slate roof. Single-cell. 4-light double- chamfered mullioned window with one of 3-lights above (lacking mullions). Doorway to right-hand end has monolithic jambs and basket-arched lintel bearing date, chamfered surround.
